Pure Leasing

Star product that grants the client the use or enjoyment of the asset through the payment of "rents" at the agreed term to acquire it at the end of the period, obtaining operational (availability and productivity), fiscal (deductibility) and financial (viability) benefits. This with an initial payment of approximately 10% and comfortable flexibility in terms.

Intrinsic Characteristics

The Good or Asset (Productive, Tangible and Durable) is the property of the Lessor, so there is no depreciation for the client.
